I was still in recovery mode from the campout tonight as was Nadia. While I did the 5:00 class, I skipped on the kickboxing tonight.
Kenjutsu, tantojutsu, shurikenjutsu, stealth, camouflage, various combat scenarios, self defense, an obstacle course, and lots of bug bites.
Also, I really hate on campouts – it truly is one of the hardest parts – an upset digestive track while doing all the campout stuff is quite undesirable.
Karate: Lot’s of ninja campout prep
Kickboxiong: Cardio, Supergirl workout, running backwards, and hitting stuff.
Warm ups, sword fighting, and Unsu
Karate class consisted mainly of sword fighting with some time at the end to work on Kosanto, followed by an hour of cardio kickboxing.
